Bogie table - work car

The Wheelabrator Work Car (Bogie Table Machine) is a fully automated system designed to descale and remove rust and scale from custom fabrications. The parts are conveyed through the blast machine on specially designed work cars with varying speed capacities. This high production machine will pass through a work opening 1.8m (6ft) wide X 3.6m (12ft) high. The cleaning work envelope is 1.5m (5ft) wide X  3m (10ft) high.

The work car machine eliminates the environmental problems and high labour costs associated with manual air blasting. An extensive range of blast cabinets is available to accommodate all part sizes. Wheelabrator products include standard and customised systems to meet individual customer requirements.
