High Performance In-line Cleaning

The Wheelabrator Continuous Rocker Barrel machine is designed for high performance in-line cleaning. It is available in a range of sizes with blast wheel horsepower options to satisfy low to high production. The rocking angle is variable for turning over many different part shapes. Exposure to the blast streams and flow rate through the machine is controlled by the decline angle of the barrel. Both the rocking motion and the decline angle are easily adjusted from the control panel.

In foundry requirements, it is common for the machine to clean detached gating and sprue along with castings. A lower shaker reclaim conveyor scalps off large contaminants, including tramp iron. Sand is removed from the blast media with air wash or magnetic separation. Wheelabrator EZEFIT® blast wheels provide faster cleaning with reduced maintenance. The Continuous Rocker is ideal for cleaning many types of castings and forgings.
