What I value most is building long-term partnerships rooted in trust. When we share our technical expertise and truly understand our customers’ needs, we create confidence—and that often leads to repeat business. It’s rewarding to know that the support we provide helps them succeed and keeps them coming back.

What’s your most memorable customer moment?

A customer provided reference from NA for us to supply virtually the same/similar equipment to their plants globally.

If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why? 

The ability to read minds—so I could anticipate customer challenges before they even recognize them. It would allow me to offer proactive solutions and deliver exceptional service every time! 

What is your favorite hobby to enjoy during your free time outside of work?

I enjoy playing golf and watching soccer in my free time.
